Bluefish Special is part of a collaboration with poet, Marilyn Fox. A visual response to a poem called Chinatown, this plate of root vegetables and fish is not particularly representative of Chinese cuisine. It is simply a call to the table. Deep blue fish surrounded by greens and precious editable roots.
